2. Service description

Wilogo is an AI-assisted online logo creation service. Users fill in a brief describing their activity and preferences, and the service generates personalized logo proposals.

During the launch phase, the service is offered free of charge. Melba Capital reserves the right to modify pricing conditions at any time, with reasonable notice communicated to users.

3. Service access

Access to the Wilogo service is free and open. No registration is required to use the logo generation service. Information collected through the brief form is used solely to personalize results.

4. Ownership of generated logos

Logos generated by the Wilogo service are the property of the user who ordered them. Users are free to use them for commercial or personal purposes without restriction.

Melba Capital claims no intellectual property rights over logos generated for its users.

5. Website intellectual property

The wilogo.fr website, its interface, design, texts, and source code are the exclusive property of Melba Capital. Any unauthorized reproduction, representation, or exploitation of all or part of the site is prohibited.

6. Personal data

The processing of personal data is detailed in our legal notice. In accordance with GDPR, users have the right to access, rectify, and delete their data.

Users acknowledge that logos are generated by artificial intelligence and that Melba Capital cannot guarantee the absolute originality of each creation. It is the user's responsibility to verify the availability of their logo as a trademark before any filing.

8. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, the courts of Saint-Étienne shall have sole jurisdiction.

9. Modification of Terms

Melba Capital reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications take effect upon publication on the website. Users are advised to consult this page regularly.
